Scientists ripped a tiny portal to another dimension, but they could not step through. They brought back a massive vat of thick, dark earth that was heavy, suffocating, and practically vibrating with chaotic alien energy.
The healer
The neon-pink petals around her act as a healing field, accelerating regeneration and stitching allies back together. Channelling that alien energy drains her instantly, dropping her core body temperature and making her oversized jacket a matter of survival.
